When you ask to receive BullishAI email updates, we keep your email address, your consent and confirmation status, the source of that choice, and unsubscribe or suppression records needed to respect it.

Marketing email is optional and separate from account security, payment, and learning-service messages. You can subscribe through a public form or manage the preference from your signed-in settings.

Public sign-ups are confirmed by email before they receive updates. A person who selects marketing updates while registering confirms that choice when they verify the account email address. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and supports mailbox-provider one-click unsubscribe.

We retain an unsubscribe record so we do not send further marketing email to that address. A bounce, spam complaint, or administrative block may also create a suppression record to protect delivery and prevent future marketing sends. An unsubscribe does not turn off essential account or course communications.

Newsletter emails may include a small image that lets us record an open and links that record a visit before taking you to the stated destination. These signals can be affected by email-client privacy settings, image blocking, link scanners, and prefetching, so they are not treated as proof that you read an email.

We use delivery, bounce, complaint, open, and link-visit records to understand campaign performance, troubleshoot delivery, and keep mailing lists accurate. Access to recipient-level delivery records is limited to authorised BullishAI administrators.

We share data with processors strictly to operate the service, such as payment providers and our learning environment.

Sponsors and organisations receive aggregate reporting by default; individual data requires a lawful basis and your notice.

You can access, correct, export, or request deletion of your data from your account settings or by contacting us.
